Welcome to our Fundraising Hub. From here you can create your own fundraising page where your family and friends can donate to your event or challenge, or donate to a page someone has created. You can also buy an apple for our Memory Trees Appeal or register to take part in one of our events.
Here's a bit of information about us so your donors know who you are raising money for. Campden Home Nursing is an independent charity established in 1990 to provide nursing care for the terminally ill who wish to be cared for at home, in their last weeks of life. The service is offered free to anyone living within our defined geographical area.
We provide free registered nursing care for those living with a life limiting illness who wish to be cared for at home, and holistic support for their families and carers in and around Chipping Campden.
Over the last few years the geographical area we cover has expanded and we now also offer more day time respite care.
In 2020 we launched our Serious Ilness Support Service, which provides information, support and comfort for those with a recent life limiting diagnoses and which is continued through treatment to remission, or through the progression of the illness.
We also provide free bereavement counselling and support to those living in our defined geographical area.
